Val helped me sell my father’s home of 50 years and transition him into a new condo. The move was a difficult choice for my dad but, Val made it an excellent experience for my father both on the sell side and buy side.
She listened intently to his needs and provided great market knowledge as to expectations and the selling process. While we prepped the house for sale with some simple guidance she gave, she used her network to pre-sell. Once on the market, it sold in about a week with multiple offers and closed with no surprises. Val is professional, responsive, and listens to your needs, but what impressed me most about Val was her honesty and high level of integrity.
